1. Information We Collect
Message Prettier is an "offline-first" add-in. We do not require account creation, and the software does not possess the capability to transmit your personal data to our servers.
Data We NEVER Access:

- • Contact Lists
- • Email Metadata
- • Attachment Content
2. Data Processing
When you use the Outlook task pane, the message transformation is handled by the local Office JavaScript API.
- Local Runtime: Calculations happen in your browser/desktop memory.
- No Storage: As soon as the task pane is closed, all temporary data is purged.
3. Security Standards
We leverage the security infrastructure provided by Microsoft 365. Since the add-in is hosted as a static application, it does not maintain an active database, significantly reducing the attack surface.
4. Compliance & GDPR
By design, Message Prettier is GDPR compliant because we do not collect, store, or share "Personal Data" as defined under Article 4 of the GDPR. We support your right to privacy by ensuring we have no data to provide even if requested.
