Message Prettier

1. Acceptance of Terms

5. User Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property

Message Prettier and all related intellectual property rights are owned by MSOfficeAddin.com. This license does not transfer ownership rights to you. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to their respective owners.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Add-in's features or results.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Add-in (if applicable)
• We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
• We are not responsible for third-party services (including Microsoft services)

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify Message Prettier at any time to:

• Add new features or improvements
• Fix bugs and security vulnerabilities
• Ensure compatibility with new versions of Outlook
• Comply with legal requirements

Updates may be installed automatically depending on your Outlook settings.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.

Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of Message Prettier.

11. Support and Maintenance

As this is a free add-in, support is provided on a best-effort basis.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Add-in after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
